Do I need to tip after my appointment?
As medical providers, we do not accept gratuity, and tips are not a necessary part of our team’s compensation. The best tip is to leave a review of your experience and provider on our Yelp and/or Google page. We always love your referrals, too!
Should I book or buy a treatment online first?

Many of our treatments (such as our facials & peels and laser facials) can be pre-purchased before your appointment, for your convenience. However, some of our treatments (such as injectables, like Botox & Wrinkle Relaxers and Dermal Filler) require an appointment to assess your specific needs and goals. You can always book your appointment online, but depending on your service, payment may need to be made in-center.

What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer financing?
We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and yes, we do offer financing options! You can pay with Affirm or set up another payment plan for certain service packages and sessions. Just contact our concierge team or come into the center nearest you for additional information.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. Feel free to contact our concierge team for additional information.
How experienced are your providers?
Our providers undergo a rigorous hiring process and receive the highest level of clinical training. Once on our team, all providers are continuously educated on the latest advancements in cosmetic dermatology, to ensure you have the safest, most impactful experience—led by an expert in the field—each time you visit.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
No worries, things happen! You can contact our concierge team for assistance rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Or, you can cancel or reschedule online via your account.
Can I get treatments if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, our skin, hair, and body treatments are not safe to enjoy while pregnant or breastfeeding. But we’ll love to treat you again once you’re ready!
